Karol Figueroa is the CEO and founder of HiK Trainings, a leadership development pioneer dedicated to making emotional intelligence the foundation of effective leadership. With 20 years of experience leading Fortune 500 teams and managing up to $6 billion in revenue, she saw firsthand why many talented leaders fail: they lack the emotional intelligence to navigate complex human dynamics.
