Dayna Williams has been working with CEOs, CROs, and Sales Enablement Leaders for 20 years. While most of these conversations began about training, she took the opportunity to dig for root cause issues. She documented those insights in her new book, The Diligence Fix.
Dayna also chairs ATD's annual SELL conference which helps internal practitioners develop capability in salespeople, managers, customer success, and service roles. She is a frequent contributor to several professional associations with articles, magazine features, and textbook material. Dayna previously co-authored Sink or Shine: Attract Clients and Talent with the Brightness of Your Mission with a former head of Aflac’s west-coast sales.
Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dayna is a super fan of Philly sports, The Office, and enjoys giving senior rescue pugs a second chance.
