Alissa Weiher currently serves as the director of staff and leadership development at UCHealth. She has been a talent development practitioner for 20 years and has worked in healthcare, manufacturing, sales, and financial services industries. Alissa is actively involved in ATD through the ATD Forum and is a certified coach. She has presented at ATD ICE and ATD TechKnowledge numerous times and loves connecting with other TD practitioners.
Prior to joining UCHealth, she worked in a variety of talent, learning, and leadership development roles with Cochlear, MillerKnoll (formerly Herman Miller), and Fifth Third Bank.
Alissa earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in organization development, training, and learning from University of Denver. Sue currently lives in Denver, Colorado, and loves to travel.
