Don Stanley is currently the director of learning and leadership development at Grainger. In this role, Don is responsible for creating the enterprise learning strategy for team members and leaders. He leads a team that develops and deploys professional development, career development, and leadership development learning solutions for team members and leaders in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. Don has worked at Grainger for his entire career. The first part of his career was in the business, including customer service, sales, and operations. The second part of his career has focused on operational learning and now enterprise learning. Don holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Northwestern University. Don resides in the Chicago, Illinois area with his wife, Hally, and cavachon, Bailey.
