Allana Bowman, CPTD, is a learning and development professional with a degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron. As a one-person L&D team, she brings expertise in instructional design, coaching, blended learning, and talent assessment, with a current focus on organizational competency mapping. Allana actively volunteers with ATD as Co-Membership Director for the Cuyahoga Valley Chapter and as a member of the Chapter Recognition Committee, where she supports chapter engagement and recognition across the ATD network.
