Jason Valade is a Senior Training Specialist & Credentialed ATD Master Trainer on the Customer Education team. Over the past 13+ years, he has crafted numerous tutorials, conducted hundreds of webinars, and facilitated dozens of in-person and online training sessions on Camtasia, Snagit, Audiate and other TechSmith offerings. As a former classroom educator, he has utilized his teaching methods to design experiences to reach TechSmith users at their skill level, to gain knowledge, or refresh their toolbox. He is a proud graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology.
