Dr. Larry Frazier has over 21 years of vast experience in organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership development. Most recently, in the role of management consultant, Dr. Frazier led the strategic alliance between George Washington University and the U.S. Postal Service’s Advanced Leadership program. This program identifies future senior leaders of the Postal Service that employs over 600,000 employees and generates revenues of over 77 billion dollars annually. The Advanced Leadership Program provides the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for participants to positively impact and supports future postal management decisions and direction, and seeks to develop a highly competent managerial base from which future organizational leaders will emerge.
