Global Program Director, UMU William Rintz is a specialist in AI-driven talent strategy, with a focus on bridging the gap between enterprise AI adoption and workforce development.
Holding a master’s degree in educational studies, he leads global AI literacy initiatives at UMU, where he helps organizations unlock the full potential of their people through AI-powered learning. As a lecturer for UMU’s AI Literacy courses, William combines practical frameworks with the latest 2025 research to equip L&D and HR leaders with the tools needed to build AI-ready workforces.
His work sits at the intersection of learning science, digital transformation, and performance enablement.
