As the vice president of delivery at The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) and global master trainer, Chris McLean oversees the global training and delivery team, helping clients drive organizational growth and leadership excellence. Chris has more than 37 years of experience as a people leader and by working with companies like Sony, GE Healthcare, Toyota, Bank of America, Wendy’s International, The CDC and Vidant Health, has honed his skills for unlocking leadership potential, improving performance and fostering effective team collaboration.
Since getting certified in the Situational Leadership® Model in 2003 and receiving his Master Trainer® certification from Dr. Paul Hersey in 2008, Chris has trained over 45,000 situational leaders and certified more than 800 client trainers. His impact is defined not only by his knowledge and expertise but by his genuine passion for developing others and creating environments that inspire learning, growth and real-world application.
