Monette Saade leads career development at the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi, where she facilitates career pathways, pioneers innovative development initiatives, and builds strategic partnerships for capacity building. With over 15 years of experience in professional development across industries such as museums and hospitality, Monette is passionate about empowering emerging professionals with skills for the future and fostering a culture of lifelong learning through a series of people-cantered learning programs. An expert facilitator, mentor, coach and instructional designer, Monette holds a Master of Arts in Tourism Policy & Management from the University of Westminster, and a Master of Arts in History & Archaeology of the Near East from the American University of Beirut. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Monette is passionate about archiving to sustain memory and values through generations and recently initiated the ‘Midan Memories’ project.
