Pete is a Leadership Solutions Partner at CCL where he works with organizations across sectors designing and delivering programs and presenting in the areas of neuroscience and leadership, leading change, leading across generations, and the future of public service and governance. He recently co-authored "The Toxic Boss Survival Guide." Before joining CCL, Pete spent 15 years as a dean and senior faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) in Charlottesville, Virginia.
