Her responsibilities encompass evaluation/metrics and technology strategies, overseeing the centralized instructional design, project management and logistics teams. Yasmin holds a master’s degree in management with a concentration in strategic management and innovation from Harvard University – Extension School. She is also certified in Prosci’s change management. Her contributions to the field include serving as a member of the ATD Forum Advisory Group (2023-2024) and frequently speaking at ATD events.
