Jennifer Harnish began her career with Sandy Spring Bank, a division of Atlantic Union Bank, in 2007. Her current position is vice president and manager - learning consultant in the learning experience and leadership development department. In her role, Jen leverages her skills and expertise to assist stakeholders from various departments in reaching their objectives. She will identify training needs and develop frameworks, tools, and tailored courses to support both employees and the Bank. Additionally, Jen will assess the effectiveness of the training programs. Jen previously served on the Association for Talent Developments (ATD) Forum's Advisory Group.
