Susana Sipes is currently the senior manager of talent management and org effectiveness. In this role, she leads the talent committees focused on building Grainger’s leadership pipeline and developing future enterprise leaders. Susana manages strategic partnerships with external vendors to develop high-potential and diverse talent. She also leads the listening portfolio focused on team member engagement and retention. With extensive experience in the talent space, Susana has held multiple roles in emerging talent, performance and development, professional development, and leadership development. She has a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Susana holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M University in College Station. She is an active member of ATD Houston and sits on their leadership council. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, traveling with friends, going to Astros baseball games, and spending time with her husband Steve and children William and Natalie.
