David Vance is the author of The Business of Learning and co-auther with Peggy Parskey of Measurement Demystified and Measurement Demystified Field Guide. They developed the Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRP) which are described in their books and widely used. He is the founder and former Executive Director of the Center for Talent Reporting and former President of Caterpillar University, which he founded in 2001. Dave led the creation of ISO30437 Learning and Development Metrics
