Talent professionals work daily with other organizational leaders to solve various performance issues, some not directly related to training. Due to many factors, especially time and convenience, rushing to a solution can be the natural response. Yet, once that solution is implemented, the underlying issue is still there or only partially solved. Having a large toolkit and a process to choose the right solution for a particular challenge is imperative. In this session, you will sharpen your leadership skills by practicing using a collaborative solution tool to delve into a multifaceted issue from different perspectives; thus, gaining awareness of more strategic approaches to solution-finding. Note: Attendance for this session will be capped at 60 people and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
