Dr. Sydney Heimbrock is Chief Industry Advisor for Public Sector at Qualtrics. Dr Heimbrock served as a senior executive at the US Office of Personnel Management, where she was the Federal government's Chief Learning Officer, leading training policy and programs for 2 million civilian employees. She founded the Innovation Lab@OPM and led the Center for Leadership Development, the Federal Executive Institute and Management Development Centers, and the President's Management Fellows Program.
