Dr. Rose Ratliff has earned a reputation as an industry expert and consummate professional with expertise in Leadership and Program Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Development. She is also a skilled facilitator who combines best practices with cultural and organizational relevance to lead organizations forward.
Dr. Ratliff has been working for the Chicago Housing Authority for 16 years. In her current role, she leads the Professional Learning and Development department. Before her role at CHA, she held various roles in different organizations. She worked as an independent consultant, regional operations director, director of admissions, career development, and military housing overseas.
On a personal note, Dr. Ratliff is a world traveler who has visited every continent except Antarctica. Through her travels, she’s learned that many practices people judge are neither right nor wrong; they are just different. This perspective is infused into her work to help achieve win-win outcomes. Dr. Ratliff lives by the personal philosophy that integrity means doing the right thing regardless of who is looking.
