Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, having led internal L&D functions across industries from tech to retail. She’s worn nearly every L&D hat—facilitator, instructional designer, program manager, and team leader. Now Sr. Director of Learning Product Development at Duarte, Jessica helps teams communicate with empathy and impact through the Duarte Academy. She’s especially passionate using storytelling to connect learning to business outcomes.
