Jeremy Schaefer is a union electrician from California who spent 21 awesome years building and leading the construction of hospitals, water treatment plants, and even a sports arena, before jumping into the L&D space as a SME trainer and now a training manager. For more than six years, Jeremy has been training Rosendin office and field employees in a range of learning programs centered mostly around leadership, public speaking, safety, and personal growth and development. He has helped develop and facilitate individual training classes and larger training programs designed to positively affect company culture. He has also been certified to deliver third-party content by CoreClarity as an in-house facilitator, so employees can harness their natural talents and turn them into strengths in all aspects of their lives.
