Hannah Brown

With 25 years in learning development, I bridge the gap between formal training and learning embedded in teams. My latest book, Beyond Training: Why Leaders Need to Cultivate Growth Through Learning, reflects this expertise and the need for organizations to focus on growth through learning. I've received two learning design awards and previously directed Sales Training at a life insurance company. I hold an M.Ed., a B.A.Sc., and multiple certifications, including CTDP and Certified Coach.
