Rosey Rhyne

Senior Research Manager

Rosey Rhyne is a Senior Research Manager at DDI’s Center for Analytics and Behavioral Research. With a background in I/O Psychology and over a decade of research experience, her work has been featured in many publications, including the Palgrave Handbook for Age Diversity and Work, Chief Learning Officer, and others. Rosey is co-author of DDI’s Global Leadership Forecast, the world’s largest and longest-running global research study aimed at uncovering opportunities to help leaders thrive.
