Judith has been a thought leader, practitioner, educator, and strategist for more than 40 years. She has also co-authored seven other books, including The Inclusion Breakthrough, the first book on creating inclusive work cultures. Her newest book, The Power of Agency: Cultivating Autonomy, Authority, and Leadership in Every Role is slated for publication in November. She is a recipient of ODN’s Lifetime Achievement Award and one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Pioneers of Diversity.
