David Vance

David Vance is the founder and former Executive Director of the Center for Talent Reporting, a nonprofit for the creation and implementation of human capital standards. He is also the founder and former President of Caterpillar University. He is the author of The Business of Learning and co-author with Peggy Parskey of Measurement Demystified as well as the Field Guide to Measurement Demystified. He led the team to create the 2023 ISO standard on measurement and reporting.
