Robin Dijke is responsible for Learning Analytics at ASML. He has been leading the Learning Quality, Process, and Analytics team in the global Center of Expertise for Learning and Knowledge Management at ASML since 2022 and has over 18 years of experience in the field of People & Organization, Learning, and Change Management. He was Global &D Manager at Royal DSM N.V. and worked for the People & Change practice within KPMG where he served over 50 organizations as People & Change consultant.
