You are invited to a UNlearning experience to leverage the strengths and differences of each generation to better cultivate a cohesive workplace. Using POCA, a proven change model based on the impact of small incremental steps, you will have an opportunity to explore, discern, and unlearn any unproductive aspects of your generational conditioning.
In this session, you will::
Explore how your generational conditioning (beliefs, behaviors, and somatic experiences) affect the workplace environment.
Use the POCA model to discern between productive and unproductive habits to make better conscious choices.
Intentionally “unlearn” any habits that are unconsciously sabotaging the cultivation of a cohesive workplace.
